This is what being covered looks like.

Not a promise on a slide. A shift that is running right now, with the same panel your team gets access to on day one.

Five units

Five units. Take one or take the stack.

Most organizations start with U1 — support and cloud — and add the rest when the need shows up. Nothing is bundled to force a bigger contract.

How it works

A plan per level of demand, not a sealed bundle.

Move the scale and see which plan fits your size. What changes between them is hours of coverage, committed response time, and who picks up.

Essential

Business-hours help desk, patching and verified backup.

Up to 25 seats

Managed

Continuous monitoring, managed security and a monthly on-site visit.

20 to 90 seats

Critical

Dedicated engineer, live standby and a continuity plan tested every quarter.

80+ seats

All three include asset inventory, onboarding and offboarding, and a quarterly review. Cabling, cameras, live production and development are scoped separately.

Billing is per active seat: hire and it goes up, downsize and it goes down. The number comes out of the assessment, once we know what you run today and what can be switched off.

Getting started

First conversation to full coverage: four weeks.

The real fear isn't price, it's switching providers. Here's how we do it without anything going dark.

Day 1

Assessment

Ninety minutes on site. We document the network, endpoints, licenses and backups. You keep the report whether you hire us or not.

Week 1

Proposal

What's fine, what's urgent and what can wait. With pricing and priorities, on a single page.

Weeks 2–3

Transition

We take over credentials, document everything and deploy monitoring. Your current provider stays until we're ready.

Week 4

Live

The SLA starts. You know your engineer by name and you have a dashboard showing everything we do.

Common questions

We already have someone who handles our computers. Why would we need you?+

If it works today, keep it. The gap shows up when that person is out sick, leaves, or when the problem is the network rather than a single machine. We run on documentation and standby, so there's never one head holding all the credentials. Often we work alongside an internal tech and cover what they can't reach.

What happens to the equipment we already own?+

It stays. We don't sell hardware to replace things that work. During the assessment we separate what's fine, what needs updating and what should be switched off. The first savings usually come from cancelling licenses and servers nobody uses anymore.

Do we have to sign an annual contract?+

No. Billing is monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel. If we part ways, you receive complete documentation, credentials and access. Retaining clients with a contract instead of with service strikes us as the wrong way to run this.

We're small. Does this make sense for us?+

From about five seats it starts to pay off, especially if you handle client data or payments. Below that a one-time cleanup usually serves you better than a monthly agreement. We'll tell you that during the assessment even when it means not selling you anything.

Are you actually local to us?+

Monitoring, help desk, identity and automation are remote and nationwide. For hands-on work — cabling, cameras, rack installs — we coordinate a vetted local technician and we direct and document the work. Say where you are and we'll tell you honestly what that looks like.

Do you support Spanish-speaking teams?+

Yes, natively. Documentation, training and live support in both English and Spanish, with no interpreter in the middle. For organizations with bilingual staff or volunteers this tends to be the deciding factor.

Free assessment

Ninety minutes. You keep the report either way.

This isn't a sales meeting in disguise. We come in, measure, and leave you a written picture of where your infrastructure actually stands.

  • Full audit of network, endpoints, licenses and backup
  • Risks ranked by real urgency, not by what we sell
  • Estimated savings available over the next twelve months
  • PDF report, yours, no strings

We reply the same business day. No follow-up calls you didn't ask for.

Booked.
