No system is better than the cable holding it up. This unit is the build: the network, the rack, the wireless that actually reaches the back of the warehouse, and cameras that produce usable footage. Done once, done right.
When you need it
And not in the morning. That is rarely the computer. It is saturation, interference, or a badly terminated cable that works until it warms up.
A rack with forty unlabeled cables. Every change costs half an hour of pulling one and seeing what goes dark.
Footage too low-res to identify anyone, seven days of retention, or a recorder that stopped months ago and nobody noticed.
What it covers
The drawing comes before the purchase order. Never the other way around.
Cat6 certified with an instrument, not tested with a laptop.
The number of access points comes from measurement, not estimation.
Cameras that hold up as evidence, not as decoration.
How we quote
Every project comes out of the survey using this grid. You receive the number itemized, not a round total.
| Line item | Measured in | What gets documented | Warranty |
|---|---|---|---|
| Network drop | Per drop installed | Certification report, numbered on the drawing | 3 years |
| Wireless access point | Per unit plus survey | Heat map before and after | 2 years |
| Rack build | Per rack unit | Rack elevation, front and rear photos | 3 years |
| Camera | Per unit plus cable run | Angle drawing, retention configured | 2 years |
| Firewall and VLAN | Per project | Network diagram and rule table | 1 year |
| Labor | Per crew day | Signed daily log | — |
What finished looks like
Questions
No. We work by zone and schedule any outage outside hours or on a weekend. In warehouses and plants we usually work between shifts. The schedule is agreed before we start and we hold to it.
Yes, and often you should. We give you the exact specification and you buy wherever you want. We charge for the design and the labor. We do not take hidden vendor commissions.
We certify it before writing it off. Frequently half the plant is fine and only the terminations and the rack need redoing. Replacing everything by default is the easy answer for the installer, not for you.
Optional. The build is handed over working and documented, with no obligation to sign a monthly agreement. If you add U1 Sustain, monitoring of that network is included at no extra cost.
