Build

Most agencies hand over a website and disappear. We build knowing we will be the ones maintaining it, updating it, and picking up the phone when something breaks on a Sunday.

When you need it

Three signs your site is costing you money.

“It exists, but I do not send it.”

You have a website and you avoid sharing it with a serious prospect. That is worse than having none.

“We have to ask the person who built it.”

Changing a phone number means messaging someone who replies when they can. You have no control over your own presence.

“It looks wrong on a phone.”

Which is where most of your traffic arrives. And you do not know that for certain because analytics was never installed.

Three scopes. The number is the number.

Three scopes with a committed timeline. The number is set after a thirty-minute call, and once it is set it does not move.

Questions

Why are you cheaper than an agency?+

Because the website is not our main business, it is one unit among five. We do not carry a creative department at agency overhead. If you want a brand campaign with video production, an agency will do it better and we will say so.

What happens after handover?+

You get the revisions included in your scope. After that you can walk away, since the site is yours and it works, or add monthly maintenance covering updates, backups, uptime monitoring and change hours.

Do you work in WordPress?+

Depends on the case. For sites with a blog and frequent editing, yes, because your team can actually run it. For campaign landing pages and systems, no. It is heavy and brings security maintenance you do not need. We tell you which we are choosing and why before we start.

What about ranking on Google?+

The Commercial scope includes the technical foundation and content structure. That puts you in a position to rank, but ranking seriously is sustained monthly work, not something handed over with a site. If you want that, it is contracted separately with clear expectations.
